Instructions on How To Order
Use the navigation list on the left of your screen to choose from categories you wish to view. Once you have found a product you would like to add to your cart, click on the "add to cart" button. Keep repeating until you are done with your selection of products. When you are ready to checkout your items, click on the checkout link in the shopping cart box in the top right column of the page. This will bring you to the checkout page.
 

How To Checkout
The checkout page will list your order, and provide you with a subtotal. If you have an account, and not yet logged into your account, login on this page.
If you are a new customer, please fill out the form on this page and click the "submit" button.
The next step is to choose your payment method.
When you have selected your payment method, click Submit, to connect to our secure payment gateway, if you have selected a credit card payament method. Otherwise, if you have selected other payment method, you will receive an order confirmation via email as well as an invoice you may print.
 
All orders are processed in a timely manner.

Stocks are updated fortnightly on average. But there is no fixed schedule as such. Please keep visting us to make sure you do not miss something that you would have liked, also subscribing to our newsletter is a good idea.

We are taking as much care as possible to represent the products as images. Out of the thousands of product images that were being taken.. we have noticed very rarely or nil difference between the image & the actual product. A lot of our customers are pleasantly surprised as they find the actual product more beautiful. Please allow us to say that there will be a little or no variation, like 0 - 10%.

We process orders the sameday by 6.00 pm (except sunday & public holidays)
 
Sometimes, it happens that the sarees on order have to reach us from the loom, which might still take a day or two to finish, in which case we communicate the same, with you.

Silk, Spunsilk & Cotton Sarees (All approximately as these vary a little from piece to piece)
Width : 45 inches
Length: 5.5 mtrs ( + 75cm-80cm of blouse length for with blouse sarees)
Some sarees will be 5.4/5.6 mtrs in length while some, especially border silk sarees maybe 5.3 mtrs only (This is because the looms are purely handlooms & everything is manual from start to finish)
 
Dress materials:
Chunni(dupatta) : 36 inches – wide X 2.5 mtrs - length
Top : 45 inches- wide X 2.5 mtrs – length
Bottom: 45 inches – wide X 2 mtrs – length

Wishlist is a way of keeping track of the items you might be interested to buy anytime later. This feature is available only to the registered users of the store.
 
To take advantage of this feature, register your profile and login. Keep adding the items to your wishlist as you browse through the store. If any item in your wishlist has been taken out of the store since your last visit, you will immediately know about it. You can share your wishlist by emailing entire list. Shop together with a friend or family.

4. Cash Against Delivery (C.O.D)

Yes. But this is only possible for deliveries in Hyderabad. We'd love to be able do that elsewhere, but we don't know of any mechanism for it that would protect the interests of both parties.
 
5. Purchase Order

This Option lets generate a Purchase Order(Order Invoice) for wholesale partners. Payment processing is done manually later. 
 
 

If, for any reason, you would like to use this method : please submit your order using 'C.O.D' Payment option. This will put your order in que. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call +91-91 779 779 91 for a Returns approval request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Made-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless Defective. If the item is returned in the original condition, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the approval.

No, as per our experience, you are not levied any other charges. Parcels are delivered to your door in courier mode. In any case, customs clearance must be borne by the recipient as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Requests for delivery on a specific date, can be fulfilled accurately within Hyderabad (Delivery is handled with our own team professionally). Rest of India, we approximately send the shipment making sure it is delivered on or before the requested date. Worldwide, it is difficult to meet such requests. Best is to plan with sufficient time on hand.
